About Us
Multifamily Risk Advisors
Multifamily Risk Advisors emerged from the vision of Daniel J. Garzella, a seasoned expert whose focus has long been on the multifamily sector. Recognizing the need to leverage his unparalleled expertise, he founded Multifamily Risk Advisors as a division of The Garzella Group.
Operating on both local and national scales, our extensive reach provides access to markets and insights beyond the purview of typical brokers. This robust network empowers us to secure the most favorable rates and terms for your property or portfolio, ensuring you get the best value for your investment.
At Multifamily Risk Advisors, our services extend to individual properties or comprehensive portfolios, even facilitating Master Policies under property management companies' names. We have a proven track record in insuring properties situated in catastrophe-prone regions, showcasing our specialized expertise in managing risk in challenging environments.
Moreover, we excel at creating comprehensive insurance programs using multiple carriers to form a unified portfolio. We specialize in navigating complex transactions and collaborating seamlessly with various stakeholders, including individual owners, property managers, REITs, hedge funds, REO portfolios, commercial real estate brokers, and commercial lenders.
